Contract to the Illinois Department of Corrections for the rollout of Computer Associates Innoculan Anti-Virus Suite. I used MS Project 98 to manage the project. Platforms included: Win 3.1, 95, 98, Novell 3.12- 4.11, and NT 4.0.
Installation Technician.
Contracted to Orkin for the installation of Lucent Technology’s wireless LAN. We upgraded the workstations the PC cards and connected the relay box to the server. Performed trouble-shooting functions.

Primary Healthcare Association for Y2K upgrades, Novell 3.12 server
maintenance, end user support, ReachOut configuration, Cisco router exchange,
network printer installation and configuration, Backup Exec configuration, and
performed technical support through Heat calls.

communicating over a Novell 3.12 server.
